A leading solar rooftop installation company in Gujarat partnered with our agency to improve lead generation for their residential and industrial solar rooftops projects. With high competition in key cities, the challenge was clear: drive more qualified leads efficiently while standing out in a competitive market.

  • Any lead that we got from website, or from meta ads, got directly linked with the CRM for better trackability

Execution

  • Campaigns launched in December 2024.
  • Started Both the Google ads and Meta ads together to retargeting in a better and efficient way
  • Static and Dynamic creatives showcasing key USPs and Benefits like Subsidies, long terms savings
  • Aggressive bid adjustments during high-performing weeks to maximize visibility.

Results

Key Highlights (Dec 2024 – April 2025):

  • Total Key Events (Leads + Conversions): 736
  • Google Ads Impressions: 42,729
  • Google Ads Clicks: 4,626
  • Cost per Lead (Key Event): ₹123.12
  • Average CPC: ₹19.59
  • Achieved steady lead flow even during high competition periods.
  • Website improvements contributed to a noticeable increase in lead conversion rate.

Conclusion

By starting both ads together, we increased the effectiveness of ads. Targeting with Google and retargeting with Meta ads proved to be the best strategy for this industry. We successfully helped the company in succeeding their goals for FY 2024. Now, we are diversifying and increasing more cities for ads at the same time, starting with SEO for tapping organic market.
