1. Cancellation of Services
- Retainers: For monthly retainer services (SEO, Social Media, Maintenance), clients may cancel their subscription by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance via email to [Your Support Email].
- One-time Projects: For one-time projects (Web Development, Branding), cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of signing the contract or before the project development phase has commenced, whichever is earlier.
2. Refunds
- Service Delivery: Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for services that have already been executed, delivered, or where resources have already been deployed.
- Ad Spend: Budgets paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) are non-refundable by Marketyfy under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to the ad networks.
- Advance Payments: Advance deposits for web development or custom projects are non-refundable if the project is cancelled by the client after the work has begun.
3. Disputes If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us at contact@marketyfy.com within 7 days of the billing date. We will review the matter and aim to resolve it amicably.
